Welcome to Coffee Grinders 101!

Psst...I’ll tell you the secret to a good cup of coffee. Come closer because I don’t want the world to know, this is, after all, just between us and should be kept hush, hush.

You may think that a good cup of coffee is in the bean. How can you have a perfect cup if you buy the bargain bean? While this may be the case, it is not exactly true since my mother, an amazing coffee maker, could make no named brand taste like a fifty dollar a cup coffee.

You may also think that it is in the coffee machine. Another excellent answer and in some cases it can be the coffee machine but I have seen inexpensive machines brew up simple masterpieces. Again, see the reference to my mother in the above paragraph.

Lastly, you might think that it is in the water or the amount of grounds that you use and again, you aren’t wrong but even using cold water and the perfect blend of water to bean, you can still be left with a horrible cup of coffee.

Although all of those things are important element to a great cup of coffee, they aren’t the secret. Are you ready to find out what it is?
